Who was Saddam Hussein? A hero or a dictator? Saddam Hussein and the fall of Baghdad

You must have heard the name Saddam Hussein; some people consider him a hero, while others believe that he was a dictator. So, we will try to explain the biography of Saddam Hussein in simple words, after which you will be able to decide whether Saddam Hussein was a dictator or a hero.

Iraq was one of the most powerful countries in the world during the rule of Saddam Hussein. In fact, in 1990, the Iraqi army was the 4th largest army in the world. But the question here is, what did Saddam do, due to which some people consider him a dictator and others consider him a hero?

Saddam Hussein was born on April 28, 1937, in a village called Al-Awja, located in Iraq. Saddam Hussein’s family was very poor because his father had passed away before his birth. Saddam Hussein’s elder brother, who was just 5 years old, also passed away due to cancer. Saddam Hussein’s mother was in shock after the deaths of her husband and son. When his mother’s condition improved, she remarried, but Saddam Hussein remained alone because his stepfather refused to accept him.

Saddam came to Baghdad for his education at the age of 12 and started living with his maternal uncle in Baghdad. His maternal uncle, named Khairallah Talfah, was in the Iraqi army. At that time, Baghdad was occupied by the British. After World War II, when the British Army became weak, Britain had to withdraw its army from Iraq. But Iraq had a sea of oil, and the British still wanted to maintain their control over Iraq, so a government came to power in Iraq that was actually a puppet of Britain.

The government used to take only those decisions that were beneficial for the British government. Many Iraqis, including Saddam Hussein’s maternal uncle, were against the Iraqi government; even the Iraqi people opposed the government because Iraq’s assets were under the control of Britain rather than Iraq. Saddam Hussein also used to participate in these protests along with his maternal uncle, Khairallah Talfah.

Saddam joined a political party named the Baath Party in 1957 and began a revolution against the Iraqi government in 1958. This revolution ended the British-controlled government. After the end of this government, Iraq came under the control of another dictator named General Abdul Karim Qasim. Saddam Hussein’s party was also against this government.

A few days later, General Qasim’s friend was assassinated, and Saddam Hussein was blamed for this. Saddam Hussein was arrested on murder charges but soon released due to a lack of evidence. After this incident, Saddam Hussein started becoming famous because this incident was so serious.

In 1968, the Baath Party came to power, and Ahmed Hassan al-Bakr of the Ba’ath Party was selected as the President of Iraq. Some reports also claim that the year was 1966, while others say it was 1963. As soon as the Ba’ath Party came to power, it started working for Iraq, and due to the availability of oil, Iraq was made the most developed country in the world.

In the 1970s, when Ahmed Hassan al-Bakr started moving away from politics due to illness and weakness, he resigned on July 16, 1979, and now Saddam Hussein was elected as the new President of Iraq. After Saddam came to power, Iraq’s economy improved because Iraq’s oil was now under the control of the Iraqi government. Whereas, before the Baath Party came to power, American and British companies were extracting oil from Iraq.

The war between Iraq and Iran

The Iraq-Iran War began in 1980, after Saddam Hussein’s 10-year rule over Iraq. This war lasted for 8 years (1980–1988). In this war, both Iran and Iraq suffered heavy losses, and millions of people lost their lives. Surprisingly, America was the mastermind of this war. America forced both countries to fight with each other so that both would destroy each other and this war would be the end of American enemies. America took full advantage of this war because it supplied weapons to both countries and earned millions of dollars.

After this war, America wanted to capture Iraq’s oil, but

Before that, America had to kill Saddam Hussein because Saddam Hussein had nationalized the oil companies and foreign companies were not allowed to extract oil.

Saddam Hussein was also the biggest threat to the Zionist regime. How? You will understand within a few minutes.

The war between Iraq and Kuwait

According to the plan, the US targeted Saddam Hussein immediately after the Iraq-Iran War. The USA sent a woman called April Glaspie to Saddam as an ambassador. She told Saddam Hussein that Kuwait is stealing your oil, and you are free to attack Kuwait because they are stealing your oil, and the USA will say nothing because it’s your matter.

Some reports also claim that the biggest reason for attacking Kuwait was not oil.
Actually, Iraq was indebted to Kuwait at that time, and when the Finance Minister of Iraq went to Kuwait, the leaders of Kuwait told him that you Iraqis are our debtors, and we have heard that the girls of your country are very beautiful, so you should send the girls of your country to repay the debt. The Finance Minister of Iraq did not do anything at that time, but he told Saddam Hussein everything, and then Saddam Hussein attacked Kuwait. Some sources claim that this is the main reason behind the attack on Kuwait.

Attacking Kuwait proved to be Saddam Hussein’s biggest mistake because, after attacking Kuwait, all the Arab countries united and turned against Iraq. America forced the Arab world to believe that Saddam Hussein was trying to take over their countries like Saddam did with Kuwait. Arab leaders agreed with America and gave permission to send American troops to Iraq. Arab leaders said that before Iraq attacks us, send American troops to Iraq. Here, you need to remember that Iraq had no intention of attacking the Arab countries, but the Arabs betrayed Iraq.

Arab countries not only allowed the attack on Iraq but also allowed America to build bases in Arab countries. This was the time when Saddam Hussein, or Iraq, was alone while the entire Arab world was with America. After this betrayal by the Arab countries, America, along with NATO countries, attacked Iraq in 1991 and completely destroyed Iraq. Not only did the Iraqi people lose their lives, but Iraq’s economy and army were also destroyed by America.

This is the same Iraqi army, which was the 4th largest army in the world just one year before the NATO attack on Iraq. Sanctions were also imposed on Iraq for at least 12 years, and after 12 years of sanctions, Iraq was completely ruined.

All this was happening in Iraq because:

1) Iraq was the biggest threat to Israel.
2) America wanted Iraq’s assets.
3) Israel wanted Iraq’s destruction.

You might say, Why did Israel want to destroy Iraq? because Iraq was the biggest threat to Israel. In 1993, when a Palestinian woman came to Saddam Hussein’s court for help, Saddam Hussein fired 42 rockets at the Zionist regime.

Due to this attack, about 4000 Israeli buildings were destroyed, but no one dared to do anything against Saddam. Would Saddam have remained silent after seeing the bloodshed taking place in Gaza today? The answer is no! This was the reason why Saddam Hussein was the biggest threat to Israel.

Because of this threat, Israel and America together planned to assassinate Saddam Hussein. Well, after 12 years of imposing sanctions on Iraq and destroying Iraq completely, America and Israel continued planning to assassinate Saddam Hussein because he was still alive.

After the 9/11 attacks, US President George W. Bush accused Iraq of having weapons of mass destruction. This was the moment when Iraq was completely destroyed and had no army left. At that time, America attacked Iraq again on the pretext of having weapons of mass destruction.

On July 22, 2003, American terrorists attacked the Iraqi city of Mosul and killed both the sons of Saddam Hussein.

Five months later, on December 14, 2003, American terrorists also arrested Saddam Hussein.

On October 5, 2006, a Baghdad court sentenced him to death for the murder of 146 or 148 Kurds.

Saddam Hussein was hanged by a judge in Baghdad on December 30, 2006, the day of Eid al-Adha. The judge was actually an American puppet, and all this drama was just to assassinate Saddam Hussein because he was the only leader who was against the crimes of the Zionists and the American government.

When Saddam Hussein came to power, he was accused of spreading terror because he had no mercy on his enemies and was loyal to his people. When Saddam Hussein left this temporary world, people started calling him a dictator while the situation in Iraq was in front of their eyes. Iraq was the most powerful country in the world when Saddam Hussein was the President of Iraq.

Today, there is devastation, unemployment, and starvation everywhere in Iraq. America and Israel are responsible for the current situation in Iraq; no one calls them terrorists, nor does anyone call any American president a dictator. Today, Iraqis are crying by saying that Saddam Hussein was our hero, but we made a mistake by supporting Americans who destroyed our country and killed our people, while Saddam was a hero who was fighting for us. If only we had supported Saddam, we would not have been in this situation.

Saddam Hussein was not associated with any terrorist group. In fact, as long as Saddam Hussein was the President of Iraq, terrorist groups were in control in the Middle East. But after the martyrdom of Saddam Hussein, the Middle East has become a hub of terrorism. He was not behind the 9/11 attacks, nor did the US government publish any report that would make it clear that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.

WMD and all this fake news were created by America and Israel because they feared that Saddam Hussein would become a threat to Israel and also because America wanted to gain access to Iraqi assets. As a result, both of them got what they wanted. Israel killed its biggest enemy, and America got the assets of Iraq. You may have also seen pictures of American soldiers stealing gold from Iraq.

Conclusion: Saddam Hussein was not a dictator; he was a hero who stood up against terrorist groups funded by Israel and America. He protected the entire Middle East, but as soon as Saddam Hussein left this world, the Middle East became the center of war and terrorism. No one dared to do anything with the Middle Eastern countries, but after the assassination of Saddam, countries like Yemen, Iraq, Syria, or Libya were destroyed, and their wealth was looted.

If he was a dictator, then why did he protect the entire Middle East, and if your government is a hero, then why did the Middle East become a graveyard? Saddam Hussein once said that as long as I am alive, you can sleep peacefully, but as soon as I leave this world, you will not be able to sleep because he knew about the intentions of America and Israel. Whatever he said turned out to be the deadly truth: from Iraq to Yemen, from Palestine to Syria, the entire Middle East is not sleeping peacefully.

Advice: If your country is a threat to the Zionist regime, if your country is against the crimes of Israel and America, soon the Zionist-controlled USA will destroy your country because America’s war on terror is actually a war with the enemies of US-Israel. a war with those countries that are against Israel and America.
